EXCELLENT FISHING CONDITIONS Today's report will be brief. The river conditions, insect hatches and water temps are perfect for trout to be active and aggressive. This is accurate in about every river in the region. It's BIG BUG time and the Trout are looking up. Our photos will finish off today's report. For more details on conditions please refer back to my last report. All photos are from yesterday and only from 3 of our guides. Every guide has reported similar action over

More Rainfall, Big Bugs = Great Fishing Conditions Yesterday some heavy rainfall fell during the late afternoon. This has our local river on the rise again which is good for the fishery. There is a chance of more rainfall this afternoon. It is thunderstorm season here and these brief storms can pop up about every afternoon. The Big Bugs are on the water. March Browns and Green Drakes are on the water. I started seeing the Green Drakes last weekend. Most of the initial sightin

Weekend Outlook - Lots of Options Over the last few days the river flows around the Upper Delaware have continued to drop their flow rates. Anglers with drift boats are enjoying good fishing when the cold driven rain is not testing your sanity. All of our guides are on the river daily now. Each day we cover a lot of river miles and

A big brown taken with guide Matt Hackett The Good Dry Fly Action Continues! I have not posted in a few days. We've been very busy with group trips heading out and my morning time has been limited. Since my last report not much has changed other than the sun came out a bit and the river flows are falling. The Hendrickson Hatch is on in most areas of the system and the trout are feeding every day. Our guides have been netting some impressive trout for our guests. The shots bel

WEEKEND OUTLOOK The dry fly fishing is excellent! Yesterday the Apple Caddis emerged by the millions to join the Hendrickson's in blanketing our local rivers. Our guides were spread around the system yesterday and all reports are that the incredible insect activity was everywhere. If you are planning to fish this weekend Apple Caddis, Hendrickson's and Spinners should be the patterns you stock up on. Streamers are the best option for the non hatch period but there is not much
