Luc is the youngest member of the Baxter House Guide Staff.
Growing up in Brewster NY, Luc got an early introduction to Trout fishing in the NYC watershed. It was on these waters where he was introduced to fly fishing by his uncle. Luc's passion for fly fishing grew quickly and time on the Delaware was a big part of his childhood. His family has a camp right along the banks of the East Delaware.
For the last 2 years Luc has been apprenticing with Baxter House while obtaining his NYS Fishing Guide license. Over that time he has spent extensive time on the river and in the Baxter House Fly shop. During last season Luc logged countless hours on the river. At this time he has been behind the oars with every member of our guide staff.
Luke loves to walk wade and has spent a lot of time on the waters of the Beaverkill and Willowemoc. It is on these waters where he has been guiding our clients on the initial trips of his young guide career.
Throughout the course of a busy season we regularly have the need for additional guides. The guides below are established guides that we know and trust and we regularly book them to take our guests on the water.
