Fly Fishing Report for the Upper Delaware and Catskill Rivers

All river at great flows for summer

Last weeks heavy rainfall had all of our river up and running heavy with turbidity. Over the weekend all of that cleared up and fine fishing conditions returned to most of our local waters.

While the waters were up we had a great run of hot streamer fishing that lasted a few days. Over that time all of our guides were running hard. We had some nice fish come to net on both the East and West Delaware. Below are some shot from a family trip that guides Chris and Marty did over the weekend.

We have also been hitting the water every night with several evening dry fly trips daily. The action is steady and reliable. With the current conditions the good action should continue.

We have lots of water on the Main Stem now for smallmouth bass fishing. Right now our guides are putting our guests on lots of fish with both spin and fly tackle.
