 Lodging Special Deals-

April - Mid Week Special Rates- All rooms $40.00 on multiple night stays. Additional Guests $15.00 per night -rate valid Sunday through Thursday.

Early Season Streamer package-

Want to get a jump on the Season? From April 1 through April 15 we have a special deal for those who love to fish large streamers. Our guides will put you on some of the best streamer water in the system before any of the real angling pressure sets in. These early season trips regularly surprise us with some of the largest Trout of the season.

One Nights lodging and One full day float trip $425.00 fpr one or two anglers. 

Mid Week Trout Getaway- This is our most popular package! 3 Nights Lodging, 2 Full Day Guided Float Trips (for 1 or 2 people) Cost $900.00-  Offer valid Sunday through Thursday.

Guided Pheasant Hunts-

September 15 through November we will be offering Upland Hunts for Pheasants and Partridge- These hunts are on a beautiful nearby farm that has several hundred acres managed specifically for these exciting game birds. This farm is a licensed Preserve so no license is required.

All of our hunts are over well trained German Shorthair Pointers and our guides will take the time to show newcomers the ropes.

Sample Hunt- 4 -5 hours in the field - 10 Pheasants - Guide / Dog Handler $375.00

Sample Hunt - 4-5 hours in field- 10 Partridge - Guide / Dog Handler $300.00

We also offer training hunts with dog owners at this facility. Interested dog owners should contact us for details.

Cast and Blast Adventures -

During the month of October we will be offering Cast and Blast packages.

This time of year is the most beautiful time to be out on the river or in the field. We put this package together to give sportsmen an action filled 2 day getaway.

 This package includes 2 days lodging at Baxter House. One full day of guided fly fishing and One day of Upland Bird Hunting for Pheasant and Partridge. This getaway is for one or two guests. Total Cost $850.00
